UPBEAT Preschool/Prep.School Parents and Guardians,

As you might all know, the Governor of Aichi Prefecture made an announcement yesterday about his decision to declare of a State of Emergency. UPBEAT will continue to open; however we would like to set some higher restrictions when it comes to this matter.
